The Rockwall City Council has set public hearings for several proposed projects, including a church, daycare facility and single-family home developments tonight.
The council will first meet in workshop session starting at 4 p.m. and will follow that with a 6 p.m. regular meeting.
Also on tap are executive sessions about the city’s concession agreement with Suntex Marina, a possible legal claim related to Oncor and ongoing litigation between the city and Rockwall Harbor Landing Inc.
The council will also have a work session with the city’s representative to Rockwall County Open Space Alliance, as well as the city’s ambulance exclusivity ordinance
Several members wanted to review the EMS contract as a result of the July 6 council meeting.
Medic Rescue/Rockwall County EMS currently provides EMS services in the county,.
